The 9th European Congress on Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) was held in Dublin in June 2013
More than 1,000 delegates from 55 countries took part in the congress. "NIIAT" JSC presented a report by Vitali Komarov and Sergey Garagan on "Optimization of traffic and routes for vehicles in intelligent transportation systems based on Global Navigation Satellite Systems and cellular networks."
