Conference in honor of the anniversary of JSC "NIIAT"

In October 2020, the Research Institute of Road Transport celebrated its 90th anniversary. The Institute was established in 1930 by the Decree of the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR as a structure subordinate to the Central Administration of Roads and Transport ("Tsudortrans"). Over the long years of its existence, the Institute has changed its name more than once, but has always remained the leading organization of the motor transport industry, providing scientific and analytical support to the activities of federal transport authorities.

Due to the current epidemiological situation, it was decided to postpone the celebrations to 2021.

In honor of the significant date of NIIAT April 20, 2021. organizes a number of festive professional events: a conference, a solemn meeting, an exhibition of retro technology, and others.

The specialized training conference "Safety of motor vehicles and their operation - history, trends and prospects" is held within the framework of the Action Plan for the implementation of the federal project "Traffic Safety" of the national project "Safe and High-Quality Roads".

The conference will be attended by leading Russian experts, representatives of the executive bodies of state power of the Russian Federation and local government bodies.

Organizational assistance in holding the conference is provided by the Russian Automobile Federation and the Association of Transport Engineers.
