Administration of Voronezh approved a comprehensive scheme of traffic organization in the urban district of Voronezh, developed by the staff Scientific Research Department "Organization of transportation of passengers and the development of transport infrastructure" in order to create conditions for ensuring road safety, to inctease efficiency and stability of functioning traffic complex within the city district Voronezh. It is approved according to the Federal Law of 06.10.2003 N 131-FZ "On General Principles of Local Self-Government organisation in the Russian Federation", the Federal Law of 08.11.2007 N 257-FZ "On highways and road activities in the Russian Federation and amending certain Legislative acts of the Russian Federation ", the Charter of Voronezh adopted by the City Duma of Voronezh of 27.10.2004 N 150-I
